Ingrid Skoog

Ingrid Skoog has been practicing and facilitating movement meditation circles for almost 20 years.

Though she loves both yoga and seated meditation, she finds nothing takes her deep into heart/ body-center and stillness faster than Authentic Movement.

Ingrid also enjoys leading Empathy and Positive Communication Practices and "Into Essence Collage", as well as coordinating Bliss Wellness Retreats.
